Who we are

OsteoLocal is a service of SEKOIA Services Gérés Inc., Montréal (Quebec). Person in charge of personal information protection: Fabien, reachable at confidentialite@osteolocal.com.

Information we collect

For our osteopath clients: name, email, phone, clinic name and address, answers to the website creation form, billing information processed by Stripe (we keep no card number).

For visitors of the websites we host: no personal data is collected without consent. Maps and third-party tools load only after your agreement in the banner.

We never collect, store or process any health data or patient data.

Why

To provide the service (website, Google profile, review replies), to bill, to inform you of what the platform does on your behalf, and to meet our legal obligations. We never sell your information.

With whom

Hosting: Vercel and Railway (data hosted outside Quebec, protected by contractual clauses). Payment: Stripe. Emails: Resend. Business profile: Google. Each provider receives only what its task requires.

Your rights (Law 25)

You may access, correct, withdraw consent and request deletion of your information by writing to confidentialite@osteolocal.com. We reply within 30 days. You may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Retention and security

A client's information is kept for the duration of the subscription plus 12 months, except for accounting obligations (7 years for invoices). Restricted access, encryption in transit and at rest, access log.

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Cookies

osteolocal.com uses only strictly necessary cookies and, after consent, anonymized audience measurement. Our clients' websites display a banner letting you accept or refuse non-essential cookies at any time.
