Refund policy

30 days to change your mind
If the service does not suit you, request a refund of the first month within 30 days of your payment, from your client area or by email to bonjour@osteolocal.com. No justification required. The refund is issued by Stripe to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
After 30 days
You can cancel anytime; the current month is not refunded and the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
Add-ons
The Reviews+ add-on follows the same rules as the main plan.
