How long before my website is live?

The preview is ready about ten minutes after the form. As soon as you click “Publish”, the website is live in under 5 minutes. Overall, count less than 48 hours including your approval.

What if I am not satisfied?

Write a note in your client area; 3 adjustments are included. If it still does not suit you, cancel and we refund the first month within 30 days.

Who writes the review replies?

They are written automatically, in the language of the review, then published on your behalf. Reviews of 3 stars or less wait for your approval. You can pause everything from your preferences.

Do you access my patients' data?

No. We store no health or patient data. Review requests are sent by your booking tool or through a QR code displayed at the practice.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, in one click from the client area. No contract. Your website stays online until the end of the paid period, and you can export your texts and photos.

Does it work with GoRendezVous or my booking tool?

Yes. The “Book an appointment” button points to your current tool. We do not replace your calendar.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, from your client area, in a few minutes. The security certificate is automatic.

Do the texts follow my professional body's rules?

Texts avoid any promise of a cure or medical claim; every page states that osteopathy does not replace medical advice. You approve everything before it goes live.
